Bajuwarenkaserne military facility in Regensburg

In the heart of the city of Regensburg in the Upper Palatinate region, you will find the Bajuwarenkaserne (military barracks) of the German Federal Armed Forces. It is here that the Regensburg support center of the Civilian Vocational Training and Further Education (ZAW) is stationed. Some soldiers come from all over Germany and live in Regensburg for up to 36 months.

Individual accommodation plays a key role in Regensburg – as it does in other Bundeswehr schools – because soldiers have different working hours depending on their training occupation and internship. All the more important is having a quiet place to study.

A total of 210 individual accommodation units were converted and refurbished, located in two accommodation buildings (Building 2 and Building 4) on the barracks site. The result were rooms in bright and welcoming colors that meet the needs of the residents.

Kermi GmbH fitted the bathrooms with high quality shower enclosures from the Ibiza 2000 product range. These fit in perfectly with the new layout of the rooms.
